Terms of service.

By entering, browsing, registering, purchasing or bidding on Purple X Place, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please leave the house. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions posted here.

Membership is free but subject to review. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. The house may suspend or terminate accounts that impersonate others, spam channels, resell access, scrape data, or attempt to circumvent our security controls.

Prices, availability and specifications are as listed on the product page at time of order. All sales are subject to authentication, stock verification and the shipping schedule described in the Shipping Policy. Duties and taxes for cross-border orders are the recipient's responsibility unless stated.

Live auctions on the art wing are binding. A confirmed bid is a contractual offer to purchase at the stated amount. Auctions close on the timer displayed; last-minute bids extend the timer as noted on each lot. Withdrawing a winning bid may result in suspension.

Brand applications, artist portfolios, casting photographs and community posts remain your intellectual property. By uploading, you grant the house a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute and promote the material across our platforms. You warrant that you own the rights to everything you upload.

You may not: reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, or resell the platform; harass or dox other members; upload counterfeit, illegal or unsafe merchandise; use the community for unrelated commercial promotion; or interfere with the auction integrity via shill bidding or coordinated manipulation.

The Purple X Place name, wordmark, colour system and site design are protected trade dress. Reproduction requires written permission except as documented in the press kit. Brand and artist marks displayed remain the property of their respective owners.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple X Place is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, unless a mandatory consumer protection regime in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
